A part of the students of the Ante Kuzmanić School of Medicine accompanied by teachers Jelena Kevrić and Anita Raljević Šporalja visited the forensic workshop held in the Museum of Glass 2.06.2017.
The workshop was held by doc.dr.sc. Željana Bašić, Ph.D. Ivana Kružić and mr.forenzika Ivan Jerković, employees of the University Department of Forensic Science in Split; Within the Association Croatian identity on the MZOS project of popularization of science.
The students had the opportunity to expand their knowledge of human anatomy and biology, working as real forensics on the analysis of skeletal remains from archaeological sites.
They learned how to evaluate gender and age, average body height and weight, and pathological and traumatic changes in visible bone remains. That's how our school students became forensics for a day.
