Students 5a class of our school joined the celebration of the International Year of Older Persons in cooperation with the House for the elderly and disabled Zadar and the Institute of Public Health. On that occasion, visited the Home for the elderly and disabled in the branch Over. Dr Petric gave a lecture on "The impact of chronic non-communicable diseases and injuries to older adults: recommendations for an active healthy aging". After the lecture, students were joined by controlling their blood glucose and blood pressure measurements as well as socializing with customers at home.
