Within the Youth Counseling Center for the 1st c grade, a creative workshop "Contact with yourself" was held, led by the head of the Counseling Center Linda Bakotić.

The aim of the workshop is to raise awareness of awareness of their thoughts, feelings, needs, desires and actions, as well as awareness of how they occur in certain situations. When our feelings remain unaccepted, from friends, the environment, we begin to fight against individual feelings. And it becomes unacceptable for us to be afraid, angry, feel sad or hurt, and try to banish all those undesirable and unpleasant feelings from our consciousness. So we alienate a part of ourselves and lose contact with ourselves. Sometimes the alienation of parts of ourselves is so much that, more, we do not experience ourselves as ourselves, but as some other person in whose skin we do not feel good. Through designed activities, students practiced how they can be in touch with themselves.
