World Health Day is celebrated every year on April 7. Employees and students of the Ante Kuzmanić Medical School responded to the event this year as well. As part of the celebration of World Health Day, students of the Medical School, class-nurse / general care technician, measured blood pressure and GUK for the citizens of Zadar. The mentioned activity took place in the premises of the City Gallery, Zadar. By marking World Health Day, students had the opportunity to maintain health, prevent disease and act in a timely manner in the event of the first signs of hypertension and diabetes within the local and wider community around us. Also, by making posters and educating citizens during the action, they showed their acquired knowledge and acquired skills of a nurse / general care technician.
These activities were joined with students by teachers of health care and related subjects: Petra Karaga, Milena Modrić and Lapčić Ivana.
