Every year, the World Health Organization invites us to mark World Heart Day in order to warn the general public about the incidence of morbidity and mortality from cardiovascular diseases in the world. Caring for a healthy heart begins with understanding health risks. The burden of disease in adulthood is the result of behaviors that began in youth, including lack of physical activity, smoking, and unhealthy diet. Let's make changes in our lives, eat healthy and be physically active, said students in grades 5a and 5b.
