In recent days, we have all witnessed the COVID 19 epidemic spread from China to as many as 114 countries worldwide, with more than 119,000 affected. The World Health Organization has announced that the epidemic has grown into a pandemic. Symptoms of the disease are fever, cough, shortness of breath, muscle pain and fatigue, and in severe cases, severe pneumonia, acute airway inflammation, sepsis and septic shock can occur, which can cause patient death.
Since the virus is transmitted from person to person by droplet, it spreads very quickly, and it is necessary to place the diseased persons in strict quarantine (isolation) during which healthcare professionals use protective equipment.
The 5th grade students recorded the use and removal of protective equipment in suspected COVID 19 while teaching photography, and then, under the mentorship of teachers Wendy Kučić and Jelena Kevrić, created interactive posters for the purpose of educating our School students.
