In Zadar, for the second time, an educational and health event was organized, organized by the Joint Association of Nurses and Technicians in Gastroscopy and Endoscopy of Croatia, Zadar General Hospital, Ante Kuzmanić Medical School and Zadar School of Nursing. The event was also joined by the employees of the Public Health Institute. The goal of this action is to promote health, especially the health of the digestive system, promoting nursing especially in gestroenterology. The World Day of Inflammatory Bowel Disease was also used to highlight the importance of early detection of colon cancer. Our school students, along with other participants, shared promotional materials with citizens in order to raise awareness among the general public about these severe non-communicable and chronic diseases.
