At the GLOBE regional conference of Europe and Eurasia, which took place in Omiš from October 17 to 21, 2022, our school was represented by prof. Marijana Škunca-Vrkić. Numerous workshops were held in the fields of atmosphere, hydrosphere, pedosphere, biosphere and climate change. The participants also presented their stories and experiences at the poster exhibition, and we joined the team from Italy with whom we are collaborating on a new possible microplastic monitoring protocol, and it was a special honor to meet the GLOBE coordinator for Italy, Mr. Sandro Sutti.
